The Herring Foundation of Hope relies heavily on the success of fundraising events in order to support our mission of delivering free Hope Kits to newly diagnosed cancer patients nationwide.  To date, the foundation has touched the lives of thousands of cancer patients across the USA. 

The foundation typically holds an event every 12-18 months and alternates between several formats in order to appeal to the interests of all foundation constituents.  All events include elements of fun and are intended as a celebration of life's little moments in time.

The Herring Foundation of Hope Charity Gala and Auction is held every few years and always promises to be full of excitement, surprises and fun!  Guests dance, dine, and party while bidding on fantastic auction items!   more»		Since 1998, this event has generated over $400,000 towards our cause and has helped the foundation to reach out to cancer patients nationwide. The tournament is a light-hearted scramble format event, with putting and hole contests, valuable tournament prizes and a silent auction.   more»		On three occasions, The Herring Foundation of Hope has been the primary beneficiary of The Alpharetta Mayor's Challenge, a 5K Road Race and 1 Mile Fun Run.    more»
